How do you get rid of roof rats in the Florida Keys?
Roof rats are the most common rodent in Keys waterfront homes. We trap or bait, then and remove them, seal entry points smaller than a fist. Attic noises at night, chewed fruit on trees, and droppings along fence lines are the usual signs.

Do you treat for mosquitoes?
Yes. We offer one-time mosquito fogging for events and ongoing barrier treatments that cut mosquito activity around pools, docks and patios for about three to four weeks per application. Mosquito inspections are free.

What’s the difference between American and German cockroaches?
American roaches (palmetto bugs) are large, come in from outside, and show up after heavy rain. German roaches are small, breed indoors fast, and usually mean a real infestation — most often in kitchens. We treat both, and German roaches almost always need a follow-up visit.

How do you get rid of ghost ants?
Ghost ants are the tiny, almost clear ants trailing to sweets on your counter. We use gel baits the workers carry back to the colony, plus a perimeter treatment to stop re-entry. They’re the number-one ant complaint in Keys and South Miami-Dade kitchens.

Do you treat Florida carpenter ants?
Yes. Florida Carpenter ants nest in damp wood, wall voids, and under insulation in attics — common in Keys condos, docks and older homes. We locate the nest, treat it directly with baits and liquid applications, and  recommend fixing the moisture conditions that attracted them.

Do you remove wasp and hornet nests?
Yes. We safely remove and treat nests under eaves, in palms, on boats and around docks throughout the Keys. Call us before trying to knock one down yourself — wasps defend the nest aggressively.

How do I get rid of silverfish?
Silverfish thrive in humid closets, bathrooms and storage areas, especially in vacation rentals that sit closed up. We treat the harborage areas and recommend running A/C or a dehumidifier to keep humidity under control.

Why do millipedes invade after it rains?
Heavy rain floods their outdoor habitat, so millipedes head for dry ground — your garage, lanai and ground-floor rooms. We apply an exterior barrier treatment before and during rainy season. Homestead and Florida City get the worst of it.

Are centipedes in Florida dangerous?
A centipede bite is painful but not dangerous for most people. They come inside hunting other insects in damp areas. We control them with targeted treatment and by eliminating the moisture and the insects they feed on.
